- Partner Diagnostic Laboratories: Receive only name/age/sex to conduct tests.
- Phlebotomists: Receive name/age/sex/address/phone number to collect samples.
- Clinics/Doctors: Only if the doctor registered the test or collected the sample.
- Secure Cloud Servers: We store encrypted data on secure servers, but do NOT share data with any external service providers for marketing purposes.

- All sensitive data is encrypted using industry-standard encryption.
- Only authorized personnel can access user information.

5. Data Deletion & User Rights
You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.
When a user requests deletion, we permanently delete:
- User profile
- All test bookings
- All stored reports
However, for legal & audit purposes, we retain a minimal log containing:

- Date/time of test
This information will NEVER be sold, shared, or used for marketing.
6. Payments
Evershine Diagnostics does NOT collect or process online payments inside the platform. Phlebotomists or doctors may collect payments (cash/online) directly from users.
7. Cookies & Analytics
We use limited analytics to improve app performance. No advertising or marketing trackers are used. Cookies may be used to maintain login sessions.
8. Children’s Privacy
Users below 18 years must have a parent/guardian manage their profile and bookings.
